Ingredients

  • 1 dl Rice - Washed. I used broken Jasmine rice
  • 2 dl Coconut Cream
  • 2 dl Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup - Or any plant-based syrup
  • 1/3 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

  • In a pot, combine your rice and water and cook it on low heat for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked
  • Once the rice is cooked, add in the coconut milk and cook in low heat until thick, about 10 minutes
  • Once cooked, add the salt, maple syrup, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder
  • Top with fresh fruits and berries or whatever you feel like!
